YOU CAN TAKE DIRECT ACTION NOW

Attention Ramos & Compean Supporters!

This request is coming directly from Joe Loya (Nacho's Father-in-law)
Mr. Loya has requested that each of you call the following three people (Congressman Delahunt, Senator Feinstein, and Congressman Conyers) and demand that they proceed with the investigation of U.S. Attorney Johnny Sutton for his malicious and wrongful prosecution of our Border Patrol agents.
These members of Congress were specifically chosen because they each previously called for just such an investigation, but none has materialized. Feel free to call your Congressman and /or Senators as well, but please contact these three first. I have provided you (below) with as many pieces of contact information for each of these three people as possible. Please, use this information to make yourself and our two heroes known.
Also, please reply to this email and let us know what progress you make along with whatever replies or information you receive. Please, don't just wait for a miracle; this is your chance to BE THE MIRACLE!
Thank you in advance for your work on this. Good luck and God bless. -- admin@eMailNacho.com

I ask that you join me this holiday in giving thanks for the brave men and women of the Border Patrol that courageously guard our borders while fully knowing that political imprisonment is still a reality in this country should they find themselves in a life-or-death situation that opens the door to their cage. And, come Monday, please pick up the phone once AGAIN, call your legislators, and request that they get loud and vocal with the turkey on Pennsylvania Avenue when demanding the full pardon of OUR EAGLES, Border Agents Jose Compean and Ignacio Ramos. I can feel the momentum building so don’t give up now. And, maybe someday, if we maintain our resolve as patriots in the visions of our founding fathers, we will truly see that crimson light of a fresh RISING SUN on America, the re-birth of the America that Franklin and Sandburg were so privileged to have observed.

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: 9/30/2007

Contacts: Joe Loya (915) 779-8666, www.AgentRamos.com, AgentRamos@gmail.com

TXMM President S. McGauley (940) 577-0882, www.TXMinuteman.org, txminutemen@earthlink.net

TxMM and Joe Loya announce Operation FREE RAMOS border watch

Texas Minuteman Shannon McGauley and Joe Loya announce the April 2008 FREE RAMOS border watch to cover El Paso through Sierra Blanca and other nearby locations.

Operation Free Ramos will provide extra eyes and ears for the overloaded border patrol and serves as a reminder of the extreme lack of justice that Ramos and other border agents get in our pro open-border courts.

Today all border agents are at extreme risk due to the Bush administration thinning the border patrol and delaying the border fence as much as they can. This is the planned and intentional failure of U.S. government to secure our borders.

Joe Loya is the father-in-law of Agent Ramos and is using up his own retirement to try to get true justice for his daughter Monica’s husband Ramos, who has never had a blemish on his record. Joe will be on the border to provide all with Ramos prison updates and information on reversing the sentence of Ramos.

The intent of Operation Free Ramos is to both help the border agents and to remind all citizens to phone, email, and fax every elected official in the government and demand that Ramos go free and the court decision be overthrown.

Ramos needs your help. Go to the website www.TXMinuteman.org for contact, SOP, and volunteer form.

Over the years, I've noticed a schism develop between many law enforcement people and ordinary "civilians" – you know, the poor schlemiels who pay their taxes, empower the high mighty and employ the cops.

This division takes many shapes and forms, but nowhere is it more obvious than on the issue of firearms.

Many police officers have come to believe guns are only safe in their hands – that they cannot be entrusted into the custody of untrained, unqualified citizens.

Obviously, this is a non-starter from a constitutional, freedom-oriented perspective. But there's a practical new reason for cops to begin rethinking where this anti-gun hysteria is leading our country. Read more

Border clearance in Ramos-Compean case 'reflects incompetence' or 'warped priorities'

Lone Wolf;

Hey, all,
Laura Ingram is out on vacation, and Edd Hendee of KSEV from Houston was filling in for Laura today.
It was one of the best shows I have heard in a long time.
Here is one clip, including interviews with congressman Dana Rohrabacher of CA, and his communications director / spokeswoman, Tara Setmeyer. Tara was the one who went with Tom Tancredo to visit agent Ramos, after he was beaten in prison.
Rohrabacher's staff managed to get their hands on some new documents yesterday afternoon. This is the FIRST show to talk about these documents.
There are other short interviews included, too, like two jurors from the Ramos - Compean case.
There is also a funny, yet maddening segment: Rohrabacher tells Edd, that they asked for US Government documents related to the handling of the case from Sutton's office.
The reply was they can only get them, if they secure a RELEASE FROM THE DRUG SMUGGLER, DAVILA, given that there details in the documents pertaining to HIS PRIVACY!
Enjoy.

Hey, all,

Today he made the mistake of going on the Laura Ingraham show -- and there were NO politically correct soft balls!
Laura was joined by Johnny Sutton, and Edd Hendee of Houston's KSEV talk radio (www.ksevradio.com).
