WHAT were US Attorney Johnny Sutton and his cohorts THINKING when they ALLOWED Aldrete-Davila's immunity from prosecution to continue AFTER the Ramos-Compean trial?! OF COURSE, Aldrete-Davila KEPT on smuggling drugs into OUR country because he is a CRIMINAL, and criminals CANNOT be TRUSTED! As LEGAL professionals THEMSELVES, Sutton and company should have KNOWN better!
they knew. they got the report from the DEA on Sutton's damous "October Load" this is why the initial trial delay because it was to have started October 25. and he ran drugs on both October 22 and 25. so to keep lying and withholding information that would prove hes not a "onetime mule who needed money for a sick mommy or a drivers license" this goes to credibility of a witness, one that the defense team was not allowed to cross examine about any day other than february of 05 when the shooting took place
Then THIS only GOES to SHOW that Johnny Sutton is a CORRUPT attorney!
