Of course the drug smuggler LIED! And NOT only about DRUGS, but about OTHER things, too! Lately some folks have been telling me that Nacho and Jose shot an UNARMED man! I tell them that the REAL truth is, it does NOT matter WHAT the drug smuggler had in his hand, he REALLY HAD something in his hand AND he ACTUALLY AIMED it at NACHO! Of course at THAT distance, Nacho COULDN'T TELL if it WAS a GUN or not! So Nacho's SURVIVAL instincts INGITED FEAR for HIS life, causing him to FIRE on the drug smuggler! And thus Nacho not only saved his OWN life, but the life of his FRIEND JOSE COMPEAN as well! There is NO reason to TAKE the DRUG smuggler's word for ANYTHING! If he REALLY were unarmed, then he would NOT have been able to AIM ANYTHING at Nacho! Which just GOES to SHOW that the drug smuggler's word on ANYTHING is WORTHLESS because it is ALL LIES! Nacho is ONE FINE MAN, and I BELIEVE HIM!
